Mouth Ulcer Hurts
I recently bit the inside of my mouth and got a canker sore. It really hurts like hell. I don't know why I bite myself, but it's ridiculous that just biting causes a canker sore. I'm spending my days complaining internally like that. It still hurts right now.

Mouth ulcers are really subtly painful and annoying, aren't they? I totally get that feeling of accidentally biting your cheek. Try not to push yourself too hard right now, avoid hot or spicy things, and get plenty of rest.
