I thought about making galettes, but...
Greetings~ð¹ It's just as the title says! My favorite character's favorite food is galette, so I thought I'd try making it! To my embarrassment, I've only ever made potato galettes before, so I looked up a recipe as soon as I decided to! First ingredient on the list: Buckwheat flour Buckwheat flour!? Do 'ojou-sama' households normally have buckwheat flour?! The only flours I have at home are wheat flour, potato starch, and breadcrumbs! And tempura flour... At this point, I'd say my initial momentum was crushed, and I realized this is what they mean by getting off to a rocky start... Since my motivation has completely waned, I think I'll just boil some chicken, eggs, and daikon radish instead... Maybe I'll serve it with a side of mustard greens... Well then, excuse me~!!! I'll buy some buckwheat flour as soon as I find it~!

Oh my, looks like you've received the buckwheat flour baptism! The chicken and daikon stew sounds absolutely lovely, I can almost smell the dashi broth. I hope your next attempt allows for an elegant tea time with a galette!

Oh, galette! Your spirit to try is wonderful! I've made galettes before using buckwheat flour that I bought when I tried to make soba noodles myself but gave up. The result... was a lumpy, torn-up mess that was more like a broken crepe. The path of cooking is so steep~~~~ð
