Tantanmen
The ramen place I wanted to eat at was unexpectedly closed for maintenance ðð I really wanted their ramen, so I went a bit out of my way to a ramen place in the same chain, but it was so crowded I couldn't get in ð So, I ended up going into a ramen place in my neighborhood âšïž It's so close that I hadn't really gone before, but it was delicious, so I decided it was good in its own way!! ð That ladle that lets you scoop up the minced meat really does a good job, doesn't it? ðð

It was a shame the shop I wanted was closed, but I'm glad I found delicious dan dan noodles! That ladle for scooping the minced meat, I want to try using it too, lol.

Is that Dan Dan noodles? It looks delicious âºïž I also like Dan Dan noodles, so I aim for Dan Dan noodles and visit places that serve them! A slotted ladle is great, right? ð

It's a bigger shock when the place you were aiming for turns out to be a bust, leaving you craving ramen even more, right? But it's a wonderful outcome when, after hopping around, you finally find a neighborhood spot that's absolutely delicious! Discovering a new favorite place through an unexpected encounter is one of the great joys of exploring different eateries. And I totally get the gratitude for that special ladle that lets you scoop up every last bit of minced meat with the rice!ðâš

I love tantanmen too, so I always look for it when I go to a ramen shop. Some places give you a spoon to scoop up the minced meat, and others don't, which is inconvenient when you don't get one.

You can't scoop up the minced meat at the bottom with just chopsticks, and it's frustrating, lol.
