The phenomenon happening to me right now
This is the phenomenon that's happening to me right now. My character has turned into just a shadow, and that shadow is moving. I can't even see the character's expressions, which is really tough. I've contacted support, and they said they're currently looking into it.

That's really sad. It's a shame you can't see the character's expressions after all that effort. I heard support is handling it, so I'll pray with you for a speedy fix.
