It's confirmed, right…?

Judging by the announcement time, it's a 4-star, isn't it, Valerie…? Everyone's been saying that since she first appeared. Ah, I wanted to see her cool 5-star Elemental Burst… I got a little sad, so I'm gonna go watch Preservation's White Valerie now 👋 The one who's bad at singing among the sisters lol If she's a 4-star but still a Lightning shielder, I'll max-constellation her for the Duke!!
