Regarding the previous gem acquisition issue
I saw the comments and figured out the cause. 'Leaving the game idle is subject to penalty'. I have a feeling I know what that means. When doing Time Quests, I used to leave it on the title screen or something to avoid creating data... When will this be fixed? I've done it quite a few times, so it might be about a year? Worst case scenario, it could be permanent...

I used to play games a lot before bed and sometimes fell asleep, which led to a penalty. I think I received fewer gems for about 1-2 months... I remember being surprised when it eventually fixed itself and I started getting multiple times the amount. Was it due to accumulated actions that triggered the penalty? Repeating the same thing for quests before it's resolved might extend the duration? Let's just play the game normally and wait patiently!

When you're sleepy, don't push yourself, just log out and get some proper sleep in your bed ð
