Rogue with Dead, a game I've personally gotten incredibly hooked on!

In a word, it's a time thief disguised as an idle game. I started thinking it was just another typical idle game, but it doesn't let you idle at all. You keep telling yourself, 'Just one more run… I'll quit once I get this artifact…' and before you know it, one to two hours have vanished in the blink of an eye. What's especially satisfying is when you wipe out and have to start over from the beginning. It looks like despair at first glance, but the moment the enemies you struggled with just moments ago are blown away like trash by the power of the artifacts you brought back is incredibly exhilarating. Seeing the number units jump higher and higher also gives you a rush. Also, the dot art style has a really great atmosphere. The guide girl, Ellie, is cute, but there's a certain darkness and sadness to the world view that prevents it from being just a grindy game and allows you to immerse yourself in the world. The only thing I'd point out as a potential downside is that the pacing might feel a bit slow for people who *really* just want to idle. Also, since it's a game where you restart from the beginning many times, it might not be suitable for those who dislike repetitive tasks. However, if you enjoy hack-and-slash or the feeling of gradually getting stronger and dominating, I'm sure this game will hit the spot.
