Because of the weather?
My head started hurting on the way home from work today. It was hot then cold, and it was supposed to be sunny but it suddenly started raining... Anyway, it was tough. That's all.

It must have been really tough to get a headache from sudden weather changes. Don't push yourself too hard, mentally or physically. Have a warm drink and relax today.

Headaches can be really tough. I get them too, so I totally get how you feel. Gently pulling on your ears to loosen them up might help a little bit.
