Reinstalling didn't help...

My charge wasn't reaching the max, and I couldn't play ads, so I even reinstalled, but it hasn't changed, and I feel like it's gotten worse... Earlier, after playing one ad, I couldn't see another ad unless I force-closed the app. Do I just have to give up on ad bonuses and charges...?
