Today, I went for my cervical cancer screening. Since the women's clinic I used to go to had moved, I decided to try a different one this time. And wow, it was a series of surprises! When you get a cervical cancer screening, you know how sometimes the doctor's technique can cause a little pain when they collect the cell sample? So I was a bit nervous. I was watching the ultrasound screen, my heart pounding, wondering 'When are they going to take the sample…?' when the doctor suddenly said: 'Okay, all done.' …Huh!? It's already over!? It was so painless that I blurted out, 'Huh!? It's over? I was so surprised because it didn't hurt at all!' The doctor just smiled and replied, 'That's good.' I was so genuinely surprised, I felt a little embarrassed. But to think that a screening could be this painless! It was a day where I was truly impressed by the doctor's skill♡

Good job on your check-up! ☺️ It seems the doctor who took the sample had a skilled hand! ☺️ It's a relief it ended without pain (❓️) 😊 I've also had check-ups a few times, and I remember nervously hoping for the "lucky draw" (painless one) 😓 Lately, I've been getting them done along with my annual physical, and the facility I go to sends a self-collection kit! 😳 It doesn't hurt, but I still worry if I collected it properly 😂
