How to fix the ad bug?

It's an ad where 'skip' appears in the top right after about 5 seconds, but when I press skip, it bugs out. Only the skip button remains, and I'm returned to the chat screen, where it freezes and becomes unresponsive. Even if I kill the app and reopen it, the same ad appears and bugs out, so I'm stuck and can't proceed 😭 Is anyone else experiencing this? Please let me know if you have any solutions!
