Uncomfortable Vibe

I get that being rude to elders on variety shows is probably for laughs and to hype things up, but I just can't stand it. I'm not exactly knowledgeable about etiquette, and I'm not great in situations where it's expected, but still... Even though I don't like seniority systems, thinking I might be trapped by those values makes me dislike myself even more.
