Can't concentrate on studying

It's a common struggle for anyone to have trouble focusing on studies, so don't put too much pressure on yourself. How about tidying up your desk first and then practicing to concentrate for short periods?

It depends on the person, but... first, sound. Is quiet better, or is it better to have some kind of sound? If sound is needed, is it music or voice? I think you can try changing the conditions little by little. Also, drinks, and whether they contain caffeine. Try various things like eating candy or gummies while you're at it (^^)
