I was curious, so I Googled it 😃 The right to remain silent is in Article 38 of the Constitution, I see. Article 61 of the Constitution states: "The provisions of the preceding Article, paragraph 2, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the approval by the Diet of treaties." So difficult~(*´д｀*)💦
