Chicken Biryani at Home with Japanese Rice!

I made a single serving of Chicken Biryani and Raita (yogurt sauce). It's surprisingly not that difficult once you get the hang of it, but since it's been a while, I messed up a few ingredients 😂 But I managed to make it delicious! ☆ The third picture shows the rice cooking in a frying pan. The rice is dancing!~~~ I'll be eating it with the yogurt sauce, Raita. Although it's not in the picture, I also made and drank Lassi. ↓Recipe https://cookpad.com/jp/recipes/25920996 It's usually made with Basmati rice, but since it's expensive, I enjoy authentic biryani made with Basmati rice as takeout from restaurants. It's about 2 servings, so eating it at a restaurant makes me super full 😂
