Shocking Turn of Events

I finished work, got in my car, and noticed the gas gauge showed only 2 bars left. Since I finished early, I decided to get gas on my way home and set off. After driving for about 15 minutes, Just as I was about to reach the gas station I always go to, I noticed something strange. The digital display showing gas prices wasn't lit up. Is it broken? Thinking something like that, I tried to enter the station. At the entrance, or rather, looking closely, a rope barrier was set up all around the premises. Huh? What's going on? As I wondered, I approached the entrance and looked at the sign posted there. 【We will be closing our business on September 30, 2026】 No way, seriously www I was just here last month and there was no announcement at all... Isn't this too sudden? And they just installed a new car wash machine in June this year... There was nothing I could do but head home. I've set it up now to get a discount coupon from another station, but who knows when it will arrive... It's just 3 yen, But still, 3 yen is 3 yen. Will I run out of gas first? Or will the coupon arrive first? What will fate decide!
