Kalimotxo
I want to recommend Kalimotxo, the ultimate refreshing and sweet Spanish cocktail! Just mix chilled cola and red wine 1:1! Pair it with meat dishes and you'll feel like you're in Barcelona. As a pro-tip, you can even make it at Saizeriya by ordering red wine and using the drink bar!

Kalimotxo? That it pairs perfectly with meat dishes sounds amazing! It's interesting that you can recreate it at Saizeriya. Maybe I'll try it next time I have a hearty meal!
