In front of 'Greedy Pot's' seat is the operations team's area where they come back to the office to chat during breaks. Even if it gets noisy there, I never cover my ears. When my boss and I are talking to report, consult, and confirm something, I hide my head with a clear file folder containing documents behind my boss. When the conversation pauses and I check my PC, and then return to the conversation, they start hiding again. Before, they used to cover their ears. This person never does this when a 'big shot' (eranchu) comes to the office and sits in the birthday seat to the right of 'Pot'. It's so obvious it's hilarious??? Are you good at pretending to be oblivious??? Seriously, this person makes internal company emails about 'Harassment will not be tolerated!' and creates circulating documents, I can't stop laughing. They should look in the mirror.
