10/2 Tofu Day

Tofu Day It's based on a pun. The kanji '腐' originally meant something soft and elastic, derived from its meaning of 'aging meat in a storehouse,' but in Japan, the meaning of 'to rot' is strong, leading to expressions like '豆富' (mame-tofu). (Personally, I'd also like to mention the recently established QuizKnock Day.)
