Does this mean I've gotten rusty?

Back in the day... When I used to play deep-dive games... Honestly, playing games like Harvest Moon, I'd be like, 'Tomorrow this crop will be ready, gotta harvest hard!' I'd keep track of the harvest dates for the crops I planted and spend my in-game days focusing on the key points. But now, I just can't remember anything at all. Seriously, Even if I think 'I'll do this today!' in-game, I forget it 3 seconds later. And yet, When I realize I've forgotten and try to recall 'What was it?', I end up remembering something I forgot about my real-life work. I can't get absorbed in games anymore... My forgetfulness is hindering my enthusiasm...
