Huh?! Is this for real?

I made a small purchase on the seashell puzzle and got 10 chances to draw. So I tried it out (I deliberately omitted the 1000J in the attached screenshot). The result? I got 5000 gems 💎 x4 and 1000 gems 💎 x6, totaling 26000 gems (*^_^*) But seriously, as you can see in the attachment, with a 4 out of 6 chance, which is practically 2 out of 3, how come I didn't get a single coin 🪙? Isn't that weird? It's supposed to have no blanks, but it's pretty stingy (-_-;) Well, I guess it's just luck after all(´ε｀；)ｳｰﾝ…
