It's Friday today. Tomorrow is a day off, so I don't have to hold back on anything. Tonight is a dumpling festival! ð€ I can eat as many dumplings as I want. Well, they were taking up space in the freezer, so I figured I'd clear them out too ð My personal favorite dumplings are these. Tospo isn't just about UFOs and Yetis! ð They're fluffy and crispy, making them easy to eat. I forgot to take a picture, but I had them with a Chinese-style corn and egg soup. It was a dish that made me want beer! ððð Ah, another 'just-heat-it-up' meal. But these are steamed and fried dumplings! ð â»I'll save last night's dinner for later.
