A big part of it is drawing to secure tradeable cards (especially EX and ◇3)! (๑•ᴗ-๑) ✧ There's also 'PokeHub,' which is somehow registered and recognized as a game here, and you'd be surprised how many people want them after the event period ends on other forums too~♩ So, it actually helps a lot in securing a vast number of cards when a new series begins!!
