Tried Sea Buckthorn (Saji)
Rumor has it that 'Sea Buckthorn (Saji)' is rich in iron and packed with nutrients beneficial for women! I found it at a discount supermarket, so I bought it and tried drinking it. The taste has a carotenoid-like quality, just as expected from its appearance. I thought I'd tasted something similar before, and it might be close to Kagome's Vegetable Seikatsu. It's like Vegetable Seikatsu, but much more sour. I think people's preferences will vary. It's easier to drink if you add sweetener and dilute it with water rather than drinking it straight. It seems about 1 tablespoon per day is sufficient. If you find it difficult to drink, I recommend mixing it into yogurt with added oligosaccharides or sugar. It might be good for those who think they might be iron deficient... or for those who want to get their vitamins for beauty.

I've never heard of sea buckthorn before! So it tastes like a sour version of vegetable juice. It sounds healthy and wonderful.
