The specs are disappointing, like coin consumption and only admins being able to charge. It's understandable to skip this then.

This might be none of my business, but just in case you're not aware, the saying 'Too many cooks spoil the broth' also implies that when there are too many people in charge, things can get chaotic and go completely off track. It's like a boat meant for the river (or sea) ending up trying to climb a mountain, which is a pretty bad outcome.
