Sorachina might lack stability

The difference between when it hits big and when it whiffs is huge. I might prefer Kotone of the "Leg Spotlight Axis" or Semi-Blue Rina, who are more stable. Is it because the Contest AI fires the Sorachina Cannon at a moment when the parameters are low with 3 turns remaining?
