It's started, Grandpa's nighttime wandering time⏳

My dear ladies, how do you do? 🌹 As some of you may know... I'm currently staying at my grandparents' house to take care of my grandfather, who is unwell. This is my third month. His nighttime wandering used to happen once or twice a week. Recently, it's increased, and every 2-3 days, in the middle of the night, he starts saying 'I want to go home' and walks around the house. I can manage when I'm awake, but I also take sleeping medication... Sometimes, there are days when I sleep soundly until morning. I skip my sleeping pills the night before so I can be available for nighttime needs. And from last night until now... Grandpa is currently in the middle of his nighttime wandering!!!!! He keeps saying 'I want to go home, I want to go home' and wandering!!!!!!!!!! I'm being bombarded with questions while he walks around!!!!!!!!!! ...Though I'm used to it from work (smiles) His dementia has progressed, and his sense of orientation is becoming increasingly unclear. Alzheimer's type dementia progresses relatively slowly... but I think it's probably due to his declining health and lack of hobbies for mental stimulation...
