Simple Question
When a car hits a person or a bicycle, the car's fault is usually higher. I understand that, but it's strange... If a bicycle is going the wrong way on a narrow road and collides with a car (both are moving), would the car's fault still be greater? ð€ Bicycle rules have increased and changed, so I'm not fully aware of them, but I know they can only go in the same direction as cars, so I wondered if the bicycle would be at fault if it was going the wrong way, after watching a traffic accident video on X.

Wouldn't the cyclist's fault be higher in case of going the wrong way? It's getting harder to ride because the regulations for bicycles have become stricter.

From a driver's perspective, there are many cyclists who go the wrong way or don't stop at stop signs, which is really nerve-wracking. I hope that in case of an accident, not only the size of the vehicle but also the proper fault ratio will be consideredâŠâŠ.
