Oh my gosh 😅

It wasn't great to begin with, but... I choked on Terilji powder during inhalation, coughed at the end of my meditation, and experienced mild hyperventilation (overbreathing) from the air that rushed in after using my Ventolin inhaler... The low wind noise is bothering me, and I'm not sure if the trembling and palpitations from the Ventolin are due to PTSD or something else... so I deployed Lorazepam as well 😅 Tonight, rather than feeling distressed... I feel strange. I'll listen to my favorite's voice to calm myself down.
