What's your favorite egg dish?

Soft-boiled eggs are great! Highly recommend. They're rich and surprisingly easy to make.

It's tamagoyaki (rolled omelet)ð³ I used to like the salty kind, but lately I'm hooked on the sweet version.

I'd say omurice. When I feel like eating it, I make a fluffy and creamy omurice ð. I dream of cutting into it with a chef's knife and having the egg flow out like they do at Western restaurants, but I can't quite achieve that, so I make it using a different method.
