My head hurts again. Or maybe it's because my neck is stiff? It hurts even more. It's rare for the medicine not to work even after taking it ð Is it the barometric pressure from the typhoon or something? ð€ I never used to get headaches from barometric pressure when I was younger ð

There's not much I can do if it's due to air pressure, but neck and shoulder stiffness can be improved by slowly rotating your arms forward and backwardâšïž If you suddenly rotate them too much, you might get injured, so doing it a few times a day, within a comfortable range, and equally on both sides, is effective.
