Red Snapper Aqua Pazza

Today I used a frozen meal kit for Aqua Pazza. I also added onions, enoki mushrooms, and bell peppers to bulk it up lol Since it was for 2 servings, I think I didn't add enough water and the flavor was a bit too strong, but it went well with rice, so it's all good lol Lately, I haven't been feeling well enough to cook proper meals, so I'm finally back to it.
