For a while now

There are so many problematic behaviors from foreigners, isn't there anything that can be done about it? I have a lot of foreigners around me too, but compared to the ones you see in videos or on X, they generally have better manners and morals. It's really just a tiny minority of those 'certain people' causing a ruckus, and it's a shame for the decent foreigners. This applies to Japanese people too, but when you go abroad, you absolutely must follow the laws, rules, and manners of that country at a minimum. It's the principle of 'When in Rome, do as the Romans do.' This might sound harsh, but if you can't abide by them, you don't deserve to be in that country. Don't cause trouble for trivial reasons like 'looking good for the 'gram' or for profit. It's a huge nuisance to those who are trying to do things properly.
