Influenza
Wow, it seems to be really spreading. My kid's kindergarten had to close, not just a single class, but the whole kindergarten. It seems like it spread not only to the children but also to the teachers, so they suddenly closed for a week and it's been chaos. ... The time my kids are at kindergarten is my only solo time, my joy. *Sigh*. So, I had to take a break from chatting too. Well then, what shall we talk about today? Let's switch gears a bit today and talk about Naoko Anbo's "The Ballet Shoes Given by a Rabbit". Ah, this is a picture book. I loved it so much when I was in elementary school and often put it in the class library, where students would put their recommended books on the class bookshelf for others to read. By the way, to roughly explain the story, it's just as the title says, a rabbit gave ballet shoes. If you're curious, give it a read, it's a picture book. I really love Naoko Anbo's fantasy. It's probably the origin of my fantasy. Long ago, when it appeared on a Japanese test, I bought it at a bookstore after the test because I wanted to read it all. It was quite the encounter (lol). Even now, besides the one mentioned above, I also love "The Distant Wild Rose Village" and "The Silver Peacock"~

You must have been exhausted taking care of your flu. It must be tough that Mayane's solo time is being taken away. A picture book featuring a rabbit sounds lovely. I've become curious to read that gentle, nostalgic story myself someday.
