Kakitama Ankake Soba!
Fluffy and thick! Kakitama ankake soba. I often make this using dried soba noodles I bought from a wholesale supermarket. I add soy meat (minced) for protein, but it's delicious even without itâ âRecipe for Ankake Soba with Protein and Wakame https://cookpad.com/jp/recipes/24304244 Adding shredded dried shiitake mushroom slices that I had left over really brought out the broth and made it tasty!

Visually, it looks so delicious with the runny egg... I've never had this combination before. I've only ever done this with udon noodles, so I'd like to try it when I get the chance.

Just by looking at it, it's definitely delicious and the best! The fluffy and melty texture of the egg looks perfect and delicious lol It seems like adding ginger and garlic would be good around this time of year too lol
