Hidden Quest Reward

I can't get the reward even though I've completed it, so I have to contact them for each mission, which is frustrating (-ω-💢). Even if I inquire about multiple missions at once, I only get one response! I've already sent a message saying, "Please set up a system where I can inquire about multiple missions at once." (for the third time)（#^ω^）
