Seems like the hidden part is tied to the stage, not the level. The graphics are like something from the DOS era, but as long as you tap the upgrade button occasionally, it's super easy to get the hidden stuff while idling.

I don't know if they intended it, but this game feels like a 90s DOS game. It's a bit niche. You have to watch a lot of ads, though: for item gacha, crafting, buffs, dungeon keys, and shop rewards. If you're playing for the hidden quests, I recommend watching them. The more you watch, the easier it gets and the faster you can clear content.

The ad rewards are pretty good, so it's nice to just let my phone idle and have it progress automatically. However, having to manually manage equipment, skills, etc., is a bit of a hassle. Leveling up is also quite fast.

It seems the level quest is related to clearing stages. After clearing stage 100 at level 200, the level 100 quest was completed. The ad quest doesn't seem to work.

Since there's no tutorial, I'll write a simple one. Buy a sword ㅡ Combine 2 swords of the same level to upgrade them to the next level ㅡ Just keep repeating this.
