The Time Quest reward has now increased to 25,800 gems. I think it might start to decrease from the next Time Quest. I haven't seen these gradually increasing Time Quests go over 30,000, which is a bit disappointing.

As you progress, they practically give away energy. If you just collect the rewards like others have mentioned, you can get about 500 dice daily, and with that, you can easily level up your island to around level 2. Also, once your dragon reaches level 7-8, it mostly starts triggering raids.

Collect as many dice as possible. Definitely wake up the dragon (but raids don't happen often). Collect dice by getting all possible rewards. Request cards from teammates?
