1st Day of Getting Dr. Cardinarma in Pokémon Masters

I'm a newbie trying out Cardinarma in Pokémon Masters! I've finished all the Cardinarma skill sets, but what Pokémon would be good to use with it? Please give me some recommendations!

Help with Elf-Phong Sample Stats

I just got the Elf-Phong sample and I'm not sure how to allocate its stats. I chose the 'Mischievous Heart' trait, but I have no idea what to do with the rest. Please help!

Let's Learn About Pokémon Party Types (Focusing on Setup Teams)

A "face-to-face" party, or setup team, consists of a supporter and an ace. Simply put, it's a party where the lead supporter creates various conditions and then switches out, allowing the ace to come in and take down the entire opponent's team. It's easy to think of it this way. There are several types: Setting up screens This method involves using screens like Reflect, Light Screen, or Aurora Veil to allow the ace to safely build up stat boosts. Weather/Field Setup This method involves setting up weather or a terrain to activate the ace's ability and boost the power of its moves. Baton Pass This involves the supporter building up stat boosts and then passing them to the ace via Baton Pass. The biggest advantage is its low difficulty. Usually, the lead Pokémon is fixed, and the setup process is the same every match, making it recommended for beginners. However, because of this, it's easy for the opponent to read your strategy, and teams that don't prepare for this are rare, so it can be easily countered at higher ranks. Therefore, I recommend it for beginners who are wondering what kind of party to build.

Absol's ability is good, but...

Its bulk is quite lacking, it's even frailer than Mega Absol;; If it gets hit by a scarf Garchomp's Earthquake, it's a guaranteed OHKO. Its main moves are Sucker Punch and Shadow Claw, so its offensive power is only around 30k;; It's designed to set up Swords Dance and sweep, but its bulk is like glass. If you're going to pass the Swords Dance boost, you might as well use Mega Blaziken or Charizard X.

My Honest Opinion

Even with Meru-Ka Z's wave defense, the Hanka earthquake is non-contact, so you just die. If it's going to be released, it should at least come with a built-in Mega Launcher.
