I was feeling low on energy today, so I had a granola protein bar. It's because my weight has yo-yoed again. 🙄😑😭 Just rolling around aimlessly. 😭 I think I drank too much matcha latte. As much as you all worked hard today, I hope you have a pleasant evening and a good night's sleep. 😚🤗 I'm hungry, but looking in the mirror is a shock. ㅠㅠ When will I be able to lose weight healthily again?

No more holiday food 🙅♀️ I even fell asleep without knowing when I did, and I think I slept for more than 4 hours. 😰 Woke up with a start when I heard the front door open ㅠ I had leftover rice that I should have used, but I couldn't even do that 🤦♀️ When I told my husband who got off work, he thankfully made ramen for us. And he showed me the ingredients for braised soy sauce he bought at the mart.. .First, I splashed cold water on my face to collect myself. While the eggs were boiling, I finished preparing the melon that had been ripening for a week. I peeled it, made the sauce, and while it was simmering and reducing, I roughly tidied up my pending tasks and hung out the laundry. I mixed rice with the finished braised eggs, quail eggs, and garlic in soy sauce, wrapped it in seaweed, and ate it with shredded radish salad. For dessert, I had the melon I finished preparing!

A new burger joint opened up in front of my house, so I went!~~😄😄 It was all good, but eating it like this made it feel greasy...😅😅 I couldn't finish it all...🤣🤣 Did everyone else have a good dinner?🤔🤔 Isn't this good enough?😂😂 Have a great evening!~~😄😄

I had my math test today and I totally bombed it lololol. Please cheer me up ㅠㅠㅠ I'm so sad.

☀️ Leader of the Moongtaengzzi Gallery ☀️ Moongtaengzzi went to the convenience store but was disappointed. Because there were no sandwiches with lettuce, and no tuna mayo triangle kimbap. I thawed and steamed the corn I had put in the freezer. I decided not to eat The King for a while. I'll eat healthily with Jecol and corn. I've made up with Kkomaeng. The cause was me. I guess I made it too hard for them. I'm sorry. I was too self-centered. Please come back. I'll be waiting...😥😥
