This is the place I go to when I meet friends for jokbal (pig's trotters) and makgeolli (rice wine). Nowadays, the area has really died down, so we mostly meet in Magok. But this jokbal place is still around... We go there for jokbal and makgeolli, but I think they didn't have makgeolli at the store and we had to quickly buy some? Or maybe not...? My family drove me there, so I don't remember the exact location, but we went to a place with really delicious sweet and sour pork! The jjajangmyeon was honestly too salty, but I could tell why it was packed with customers... It was sweet.. I want to eat it again.

Hidden sundae guk (blood sausage soup) gem near the Ganghwa County Office. Despite the name, it actually comes with more blood than sausage... But the broth is incredibly rich, and adding plenty of perilla powder makes it absolutely delicious.. Highly recommend this place.

When I go to Geoje Island, I sometimes go to a 'Dajji' restaurant. I'm not a big fan of raw fish, so I prefer Dajji over regular sushi restaurants.

I went there once before. We go once or twice a year when we visit the south, like Goheung or Goseong. There's usually a wait, so I recommend either going right when they open or a bit later, after 1 PM.

Mustard leaf kimchi kimbap and regular kimbap, seafood ramen. The kimbap was average, but the ramen was really delicious! ^^

I came to eat Budae Jjigae after work today! They offer unlimited rice refills here... I didn't plan on eating two bowls, but I ended up having a second one while eating? Oh, and the real highlight here is the rolled omelet.👍 📌 Location: Manbok Budae Jjigae

My friend, who frequently travels to Vietnam for business, dragged me to Ho Chi Minh City. I ate so much I couldn't move, I don't even remember the shop locations or names... I did manage to snap a pic of the stall for the most famous place, which apparently received a Michelin star. It was cheap too... maybe 3,000 won for pho? It was considered pricey locally... The broth is on another level compared to the pho you get back home. If you ever travel to Vietnam, definitely check out the local eateries... The juice in the photo is avocado juice... delicious...

Maybe it was because we ate it after de-stressing with work colleagues, but it was delicious... I took a picture because it was amazing how they served it like a mountain.
