Tonight's dinner is a bit of jeon (pancake) with cereal + Greek yogurt. I think I'll go for a run a bit later after dinner today.

This is Goobne's new scallion oil tteokbokki chicken. It's not spicy, but the flavor is strong, making it perfect as a side dish for rice. I ordered the bone-in version, but I think boneless might be better. Hope you have a great rest of your weekend~!!

I'm thinking of making a rolled omelet to go with my spicy cod roe soup. lol Making the rolled omelet itself is easy for me, but cracking and whisking the eggs is such a hassle lol Since I'm already doing it today, I'm going to try making a HUGE rolled omelet. 😄 What are you guys having for dinner tonight?
