This time, we had tonkatsu. A deacon who runs a tonkatsu restaurant fried it himself, and his wife apparently carved the big carrots into finger carrots. 😊 The tonkatsu was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, so delicious. And the plating is so pretty, right? I thought the portion size was amazing because there was so much tonkatsu, and they actually said they give generous portions when they're open for business too! ☺️

Just quickly stir-fried some potato and spam~~ Gotta eat brunch soon~~

It's a Monday morning without the Monday blues, haha. I'm so sad that it's the last day of the long weekend. Have a happy holiday!

I remembered to take a pic while eating, so I quickly snapped this 😂 On my way after eating Yukgaejang at Donghae Rest Stop! This place has floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can see the ocean right while you're eating. It felt like a trip just eating at a rest stop with an ocean view, which was nice. The Yukgaejang was spicy, but it was perfect for a short break while enjoying the sea view haha

Do you guys know about Botanical Garden Kimbap?! I randomly found out about it on Instagram but couldn't try it because it was too far. Then I moved nearby and finally got to try it, and it's so delicious! It's not keto, but it's a kimbap with less rice! The avocado one is really tasty, and the mentaiko egg, tuna, spam, and basic ones in the picture are also super delicious!!

Why do I always end up going for the cheaper stuff when I'm at a buffet or something like that? ㅠㅠ Today at the sushi train restaurant, instead of the expensive sushi, I stuffed myself with desserts (skewers, chicken karaage, fried shrimp, inarizushi, etc.) And now, just a few hours later, I'm already hungry again 😂😂 I want to eat a late-night snack... what should I do? ㅠㅠ

Kimchi stewed chicken with gizzards... haha. It was a perfect meal lol. But... what was disappointing was that there was radish in the stewed chicken????? I was really taken aback because I didn't expect it lol. Usually, it has a lot of potatoes, but there were potatoes too.... Eating the radish made it taste kind of bland, which was really disappointing ㅜㅜ I wish they had just given more potatoes... I guess it's their way, so there's nothing I can do about it.... But it was still delicious because I ate it with my favorite kimchi!!!😆
