오늘은 이거 먹어요

I had tteokbokki with Mala Rose sauce from Cheongnyeon Dabbang for dinner tonight! Of course, I added fried potato balls too~~ I usually get Mala Rose tteokbokki from Cheongnyeon Dabbang Their tofu skin roll topping is seriously so delicious,,, so I always add it on,,

Had some meat for dinner tonight!! 😋😋 Meat is always so delicious..!! We also ordered bibim guksu, but it was just okay... 😭😭

It's witch soup and chicken tenderloin. For the witch soup, you just need a can of whole tomatoes, your desired vegetables and meat, and then simmer it all. I don't usually season it, but adding bouillon cubes makes it tastier. I like to add a lot of grated Parmesan cheese.

I had Malatang for lunch today after a while!! I got it at level 3 and made my own sauce to go with rice,, haha

You all know Papa John's Pizza has brownies and cookies, right? I jumped on the trend late and just tried them now. They're sweet and taste like the American way lol I wonder if they fry them or use a ton of butter... The bottom part is like fried dough, the inside is fluffy, the chocolate melts in your mouth, and it's crispy and good.

I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of my lunch today and just mindlessly started eating my rice and side dishes. So I couldn't get a photo of the meal. Today's lunch was simple: rice with a fried egg and ketchup. For side dishes, I had seasoned cucumber, kimchi, and pumpkin! It was a decent and tasty meal. A bit sad there was no meat, but I was satisfied!

Egg tarts. They were so delicious. It's a suburban bakery I used to go to sometimes, but it wasn't like this before. It's become super crowded and a popular spot.

I love my veggies, so I had Margherita and Arugula pizza, and it was so delicious ㅠㅠ

I ordered delivery for lunch today!!! It was seafood jjajangmyeon - ta-da-! While watching my "meal buddy" TteunTteun, I enjoyed it thoroughly~~ Jjajangmyeon is so delicious, but it creates a lot of food waste ㅠㅠ Especially gan-jjajang... even scooping it with a spoon, the onions don't seem to decrease.. My daughter, who doesn't eat vegetables, only picks out the noodles and meat, doubling the waste. It's such a shame, really ㅠㅠ Did everyone have lunch?

I had Jjolbokki from Shingongju Tteokbokki, a famous Tteokbokki place in Hongdae, as a meal kit for lunch! The gochujang-based, thick sauce tasted like old-fashioned market tteokbokki! They said they use freshly made rice cakes, and they were indeed chewy and delicious, spicy and not greasy at all! They said one meal kit was for 2 servings, but it seemed a bit small, so I opened and made both kits. Suddenly, the rice cakes puffed up and became 4 servings, so my lunch for tomorrow is also tteokbokki lol
