Is Gamatoto level 36 with User Rank 5803 considered low? Other people have higher levels.

My rank is 5800, is 123 hours of playtime high or low?

I got "Chukil" in the lottery today, and after about 5-6 rounds of Reti, Luminaria appeared! I was really surprised at first. But when I later tried to post it on the board, I realized I hadn't taken a screenshot ㅜㆍㅜ Anyway, I feel like I've taken one step closer to clearing 2 chapters of the Space arc today!
