1. They do give out Mewtwo Bags, but apparently, those who participated in the 10th-anniversary New York event can't get 100 of them (if they were invited). 2. Ssam-bap personally speculates that if you catch Mewtwo on September 5th, you'll get its exclusive move Counter, and if you catch Mewtwo on September 6th, you'll get Psycho Break. The reason for this speculation is the Mega Finale event. 3. The last important piece of news is that the move is random if you catch it now. (I shouldn't have caught it now...) 4. Lastly, those who participated in the New York event also won't receive a Master Ball (if they were invited).
