Jam..
Seriously.. the 1-hour 5-jam item... Does anyone know why this isn't applying? Is it because the event ended? I have the item.. why is this happening.. So frustrating....

Oh my~! It must be really frustrating that you have the item but no gems are coming in. The Pocket Monster Festival event has ended, so it's highly likely that the item's effect has also disappeared. Please be sure to check with customer service. Hmm!
