For those in their 30s, do you have your own little joys? 🧐

Ara ara~ It's so lovely how you always put the kids first, Da-young. Hehehe~ The small joys you find in variety shows and games will be the warmest comfort for you.

As someone in their 30s too, I can relate ㅠ. I really do try to de-stress by taking care of the kids, putting them to sleep, and playing games a little. Or I'll read some webtoons, take a day off to binge-watch dramas, or watch movies.. It's hard to have hobbies when the kids are still young.. ㅠ

It seems like everyone lives like that when their babies are young. Except for those who lack maternal instincts, of course. They say they live for their kids, but it's best to give up almost everything else and find time for your own hobbies. Hang in there, you got this!

I watch YouTube in my spare time and play PC games when I have more time.

I'm also in my 30s and I go to concerts ㅠㅠ. One concert makes me happy for a whole year. In the last 3 years, I remember going to BTS (all dates), Bruno Mars, Seventeen, YOASOBI, Suga, J-Hope, IU, and Coldplay concerts.. I'm planning to go to The Weeknd and BTS concerts abroad in the second half of this year.... Hahaha... An auntie who sees idols... that's me ㅠㅠ

Normally I juggle phone games, webtoons, Netflix, and childcare, but when I'm really exhausted, I just do absolutely nothing. I even tell the kids in advance, 'Mom's taking a break until X o'clock, so entertain yourselves.' lol. Even so, the three of them take turns looking for me... 😮‍💨 I've cried a few times from frustration after trying to respond to them 🤣

Mine is similar, nothing special... My kid is reasonably grown, but I just like staying at home 😊 The owner of the shop where I work also told me, 'Why are you living like that?' She said to stop thinking about things like the kid or the husband and invest in myself. She told me to get more certifications with government support to get a stable job when I'm older, and that a driver's license is basic. She said I should go out for some fresh air with my kid without my husband 😅 Easy for her to say, why wouldn't I want to do that? I've only raised my kid and stayed home for 10 years... I can't put it into practice right away. I'm satisfied with just getting some fresh air around the neighborhood while working part-time.

It seems like you're going through a really tough time. I'm finally able to catch my breath now that my kids are a bit older. Most of the time, after pouring all my energy into the kids all day, there's nothing left for myself. I think I just got by with small things. Even when eating a meal, I'd put it in a bowl I liked and take pictures, and when the kids and my husband were asleep, I'd go out for a short walk or exercise by myself. Don't look for big things, just start with small joys!

Listening to music or reading webtoons and novels is my only joy.

Me too haha. Raising three boys, I've kind of disappeared, but the kids are still my number one priority. Driving around listening to my favorite songs used to be my stress relief, but now as soon as we get in the car, I have to play my youngest's favorite nursery rhymes lol. Nowadays, after the kids are asleep, I relieve stress by playing games on PlO and writing comments. You worked hard today too, have a good night for tomorrow's fighting~

Having a baby definitely takes away your personal life. So I play games and read novels too.

I like escape rooms, so I do escape rooms or play with squishies lol

I'm also juggling childcare and work... I just zone out with the TV on, play games, or read web novels ㅜ

For me, the only joy was putting the kids to bed and having a late-night snack with my wife~ Right now, I've put the kids to bed and I'm watching TV with my wife while eating snacks, and I think that's the best, haha. Also, I relieve stress by running~~

I'm into running! It makes me feel good when I run, especially when I'm stressed or the weather's nice. haha

I moved to a neighborhood where I had no friends back then. I got married and had kids earlier than my friends, and while raising them and working, my 30s just flew by. I used to drink a can of beer at night and honestly thought I was going to get depressed.ㅠㅠ
