If you resolve new user event errors like this..

I couldn't proceed past day 1 of the new user event, so I submitted an inquiry and waited. Since the event period was very short, it was about 5 days left when I contacted support. I thought the event, which unlocks daily based on attendance, or other 7-day events would be open until day 5 or 6, as I submitted screenshots showing I logged in daily. But when I logged in today, only one day was unlocked..? With only 2 days left in the event period, it's really frustrating to have it blocked due to your error... As a free-to-play user, I didn't want to miss out on the new user event with its generous rewards... So I've submitted another inquiry lol. The problem now is whether the issue will be resolved before the event ends...
