Hit 1000 on the New Character First

After getting the new character, if you only use this method while doing quests, you'll get a buff and hit 1000 in 13 days. Then, you can level up your other characters to 1000 one by one. I guess I need to aim for 2000 on each in the remaining half of the month... It's not easy without the buff.
